Art Bio:
Pat Hahn is originally from Newmarket, England, has lived in the US since 1972 and in Roswell, Georgia since 1977. Pat has always been interested in art and has painted in oils, acrylics, watercolor and pastel. Over the last several years, she has made a concentrated effort to further develop her watercolor skills and has studied with many nationally known watercolor artists including Bill Condit, Alex Powers, Tony Couch, Irwin Greenberg, Christopher Schinck, Gerald Brommer, Joe Fettingis, Mel Stabin, Ted Nuttall, Mark Mehaffey and Fred Graff.
Pat’s artwork has appeared on the cover of Eli Lilly’s Oncology on Canvas artbook entitled – Expressions of a Woman’s Cancer Journey. Her painting was chosen from more than 400 pieces of art, representing 23 countries. These paintings made their debut at the Royal College of Art in London and this exhibit has since traveled the world from Washington, DC and London to South Africa and Budapest.
Pat has also exhibited her paintings at the Darious Gallery in Buckhead, at Kennesaw State University, at Emory Hospital in Decatur, at the ART Station in Stone Mountain, in restaurants and galleries around the Atlanta metro area and in Juried Exhibits at various Cultural Arts Centers in North Georgia. In addition, she has also had several one-person shows at the Church of the Atonement in Atlanta; a four-person show at the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse in Lawrenceville, Georgia; an International Exhibit in Douglasville, Georgia; and has had several paintings exhibited in England. Her paintings are in both private and corporate collections in the US and the UK.
Pat is a Member of Excellence of the Atlanta Artists Center where she has received numerous awards over the years. She is also a Signature Member of both the Georgia Watercolor Society, the Watercolor Society of Alabama and is a Juried Member of Southern Watercolor Society. Pat is also a member of the Roswell Fine Arts Alliance.
